Mr Magoo, (aka) 47 deep-south, (aka) Bart (aka) planet career training Ltd (aka) Space Cadet (aka) angryman (aka) Southernman is Douglas Weal

Introducing Mr Magoo: We want all n' sundry to known what you look like Mr Douglas James Weal, aka "Dougie Weevil, the white ant". We here at Lauda Finem don't much like white ants nor do we like fraudsters

We have just received a comment from someone using the monika “Mr Magoo”. Rather than post it merely as a comment, which the author had doubtless intended, we thought it warranted closer inspection.  Our conclusion: Douglas James Weal, has undoubtedly responded with yet another of his multiple personalities.

Mr Weal was pretty quick off the mark, to quick in fact, his attempted exculpation was a stupid, in fact a half baked flaky, idea; no thought attached.

Is it simply that Weal also suffers Dissociative identity disorder or is there something more sinister going on:

In 2001 an internal audit discovered one of the founders and directors, Tracy Parson – employed as “Registrar”; was found by to be illegally drawing down student loans. Tracy Parsons was charged with a raft of criminal offences – but then was curiously given immunity from prosecution, on condition she would give evidence in Court implicating others in the offending.
The trial proceeded and Douglas Weal and Planet Career Training were cleared of any criminal wrongdoing. At the trial, Douglas Weal was represented by barrister Mike Dodds, on instruction from Graham Mathias of Thomson Wilson, the solicitors for Planet Career Training.
Documents disclosed during the Commerce Commission trial revealed the complainant to the Commerce Commission was the Te Tai Tokerau Legal Services Trust.
Investigations after the Commerce Commission case was concluded showed the Trustees of the Te Tai Tokerau Legal Services Trust to be none other than Graham Mathias and Mike Dodds!
Of course Thomson Wilson won their case for summary judgement for the $20,000 in fees owed – but instead of receiving payment, they received a letter contain a copy of the Te Tai Tokerau Trust Deed, and accompanying documents showing they were trustees both at the time the complaint was made to the Commerce Commission and during the defence at the Commerce Commission trial.
The summary judgement order was never sealed” 

We did indeed dig!  The comment takes on a very different tone once the reader is made aware that Douglas Weal is the author, and not just some random web browser who happened upon this blog! So with that in mind, just who was it that Mr Weal would have us all  believe had conducted that so called  “internal audit” .

Mr Weal, wouldn’t happen to have a police report number handy would he? We don’t think so, we believe Weal is now out of his depth!

It would seem to us that Mr Weal has just tried to falsely accuse someone else,which of course is a criminal offense, but then he has an extraordinary fascination with falsely accusing innocent people when it suites his purposes and we’ll be writing about a handful of those stories over the coming months, through 2012.

Now back to that internal audit. It seems to us that  Tracy Parson (Click below folks) may have been the very same woman, “a poor innocent with no financial interest in the business”, that Douglas Weal somehow convinced to become the sole director of his shonky business failure, whilst he retained the sole share holding (just before the ship sank), what sort of hold did Mr Weal have on the poor lass – it can’t have been his good look’s he’s as ugly as a sack full of arse-holes and we mean that on so many level’s):

Individuals like 47 deep throat Douglas Weal and his mate Kenneth Miller, the man with serious criminal form  would give anyone of us here in Australia serious cause for concern. Again! Who in the hell did these white ants think they were dealing with, more gullible members of the sites www.accforum.org or www.accfocus.org?

Now lets take a close look at the email address Weal used in his really dumb attempt at exculpation, “47 deep-south”. For the sake of argument we’ve assumed its a reference to latitudinal degree’s, just like the old whiskey 45° South,  wasn’t it too manufactured around the old provincial capital of Dunedin New Zealand, so we’ll place 47 deep south somewhere around Cromwell, Central Otago:

What is it about the shit heads and con artists the likes of the Douglas Weals and Kenneth Millers of this world that causes them to believe that everyone buys into their scams and false identities, Sociopaths perhaps, all additionally burdened with Narcissistic personality disorder Neither Weal nor Miller would ever likely concede to the fact that anyone with half a brain could see through them and their not so elaborate frauds!

They’ve had it so good for so long that they’ve truly begun to believe that they are untouchable. If you have comments to make in the future Mr Weal please try to resist the urge to use another of your multiple personalities and please provide evidence that supports what you say, otherwise it doesn’t look real good, in fact it only serves to further evidence your intent to deceive our readers.

We’ll take our time over the coming months hanging both Kenneth Miller and Douglas Weal out to dry, exposing them both as the criminal conspirators they really are. Weal in particular has an interesting association with New Zealand’s department of immigration, an association that involves russian KGB agents, that’s only if you were to believe Douglas Weals tall stories, or perhaps the stories  were all just another text book example of whats termed a psychotic episode.
