Its taken us a few years to nail this prick…pealing away layers of lies denials and spin by James Kenneth Cunningham, the New Zealand Police, his spin doctors, staff at Monarch Psychology Greenlane and a coven of criminal “ACC forum” female fraudsters who have all tried to conceal this mans criminal past. Some describing him as having the physique of an all black….almost put us off the scent girls because this guy is a broken down old man with a paunch….albeit a chubby dangerous sexual offender,violent convicted criminal and complete fucken nut job.
Why go after this clown you ask…. because he is in a position of trust dealing with the psychologically injured and emotionally damaged and vulnerable claimants’ within the rehabilitation system of ACC New Zealand.
James Cunningham and his staff have for years denied that he was the same criminal copper involved in rape and intimidation. Part of a gaggle of Police Goons who stalked the streets of the inbreed rural town of Gisborne in the late 1980’s. The very same group of thugs and sexual offenders who stripped Dickie Maxwell naked, bound his wrists with barbed wire and dragged him around a Ruatoria paddock, before sticking a shotgun down his throat in an attempt to force a confession. A Gisborne Police interrogation technique known as a Gisborne blow Job.
The very same bunch of goons who conspired to falsely accuse intimidate and ran the town as their own fiefdom at the behest of powerful local lawyers, politicians and business people.
Cunningham was not the brightest of these Psychotic thugs in one instant he was caught threatening to kill a businessman with a large piece of wood on the instructions of the criminal coppers. Days before ex cops and their mates had attempted to intimidate the men and assaulted one breaking the mans Miniscus requiring surgery. The businessmen refused to be intimidated and chased their assailants from a local resthome, The thug ex police retreated to lick their wounds before sending a reinforced bunch of serving copper thugs in an attempt to arrest the men.

The officer in charge was junior detective Kenneth James Cunningham. Cunningham although a thug, psychotic fistman, and sexual predator was also a serious coward. Without firearms, barbed wire and a dozen of his mates this coward decided to arm himself with a large baton. Cunningham was happy snapped carrying the baton and his thug police mates withdrew for the second time.
The tentacles of police criminal organisation spread wide and far within the local Gisborne community. Their criminal influence reaching into the corridors of the courts, government departments, in fact through out the whole East Cape region. One of the cop goons wives, Marilyn Haar, an employee of the local hospital board, illegally accessed patient records at her husbands behest in furtherance of a police conspiracy to falsely accuse.

The Police commander Merve Derecourt (deceased) when called apon to explain the photo of an armed Detective Cunningham admitted that the Detective had a subconscious habbit of this conduct but refused to investigate the matter or remove him from duty. That decision resulted in the rape, only a matter of weeks later, by Cunningham of a local Police employee after a night at the police bar.
The only surviving media item covering Cunningham’s trial – New Zealand Police HQ ensured that all other material was wiped from the public record or destroyed. LF has been advised that when official enquiries were made police refused to release details on Cunningham’s departure from the police. Police prosecutors also lied at trail claiming that Cunningham was on leave.
James Kenneth Cunningham was subsequently charged with sexual violation but then fled New Zealand for the UK before he could be tried. Subsequently Cunningham was apprehended by English Police and bailed from the old Bailey on a surety of $50’000.00 put up by his family. Cunningham knowing his guilt and conduct was then assisted by corrupt criminal coppers and jumped bail, escaping for a second time, this time to South Africa which did not have an extradition treaty. Leaving England by unidentified means Cunningham remained in hiding until eventually a deal was done where assurances were proffered that he would be tried before a Gisborne Jury and the not guilty outcome would be assured. Cunningham couldn’t escape a conviction for jumping bail and was convicted and sentenced for his holidays abroad.
Corrupt cop and sociopath Detective Malcolm John Thomas at his trial for the kidnapping and torture of Ruatoria Rastaferian Dickie Maxwell – Thomas was James Cunningham’s overlord and protector. After a reign of terror, theft and corruption spanning 30 years Thomas left the police force following a trial where the defence proved that he’d arranged for incriminating evidence to be planted. LF believes that many more innocent victims were falsely accused by Thomas, resulting in wrongful convictions.
The men Cunningham had falsely charged were acquitted of the false charges in a jury trial that had been moved out of Gisborne because of concerns over the reach within the Gisborne community of the Gisborne Police and the likelihood of a rigged jury. Cunningham was eventually acquitted by a “ Gisborne jury”. He retrained and is indeed undercover once again, now dealing with vulnerable head injured patients…..if anyone should know all about psychological disturbances it would have to be James Cunningham.

As to the criminal members of ACC forum, Marakita Mehmet, Janice Karaka Clarke and Moeroa Mereana Percy, we’re sorry girls but those online protestations of Cunningham’s innocence, claiming we had the wrong James Cunningham, well they were obviously just another pack of lies – as is always the case with anything claimed on www.accforum.org by its seriously mentally fucked up membership.
