Judge David McNaughton
The Sensible Sentencing Trust has joined Lauda Finem, KiwisFirst and New Zealand Justice Forum as sites that condemn Judges that are plainly incompetent or corrupt. The new site, judgethejudges, promises to deliver condemnation and ridicule of judges whose arrogance and ignorance become involved in doing their overpaid job. The truth about New Zealand Judges is that they are power crazy fucktards who are given the nod, not because of any ability with the law or innate sense of their duty to dispense justice without fear or favour, but more often than not because they are low rent underachieving sycophantic corruption peddlers who promise to repay their masters when called upon.
Judge Mary Peters
Two Judges who should be at the front of the queue to be named on the new website are David McNaughton and High Court Justice Mary Peters. McNaughton specialists in abuse of process and exceeding the courts authority. Peters career is spectacularly associated with brown nosing with her pig snout in government backsides and troughs. What is it about these women barristers from Bankside Chambers going into the Law Society Tribunal, then onto the REAA’s Disciplinary Tribunal, and then into a cosy Judicial appointment. The not so brilliant Mary Peters fucked up when committing a man to home detention at the same house where he committed the heinous crimes against his baby daughter. The Court of Appeal “took care of” Mary’s fuck up when sentencing the cruel moron to prison where we hope he gets a bit of his own medicine. District Court Judge and well practiced bozo David McNaughton fucked up spectacularly when he believed that a mad fuck Indian, Akshay Chand, had remorse for his violent attacks on Christine Marceau and gave the insane Chand Bail 300 metres from Marceau’s home. Thirty Two days later Chand killed Marceau in her home by stabbing her 10 times. As an aside McNaughton was the same fucktard that ordered the media from the Albany District Court in the Dotcom call-overs. Lauda Finem applauds Sensible Sentencing Trust in having the guts to take on the judiciary in a public forum as the judiciary of the dark and corrupt isles of Aotearoa need their actions exposed so that ordinary citxens get to see what is all to often concealed by the courts with gag orders. What is now a trickle will become a flow, then a flood washing the corridors of power, then a torrent drowning the scum whose abilities and integrity simply do not float when exposed in the media.

This site has been a long time in coming,From many sources there is obviously a ground The public have had a gutz full.How often has a prisoner been given freedom only to kill while on parole. Also what a joke these punishments are when the sentence of life is not life but a sentence far shorter than that given. If prisoners are given a time span they should serve all of it and probation should be considered only at the end of the sentence.Or better still scrap probation altogether in it’s present form….They are equally guilty as the judges…If they are not ready for freedom probation should be able to add to the original sentence.not take it away. this is just a very sick joke……. judges should come under the scrutany of some higher authority [ like a jury system of ordinary people] and be judged by their stupidity levels…. If found to be brain dead then sack them..How many innocent lives have been lost due to their stupidity..I honestly believe low sentences are deliberately given in order for judges to keep the criminals circulating., keep the crooks coming say the judges we love the job security,the salary, and the lifestyle.
